Carbonate ions are essential in the growth of all corals. An alkalinity deficiency will result in halted coral growth and a decline in coral health. Using Oceansix Alkalinity will result in a stabilised pH of 8.3 to 8.4. The ideal range for alkalinity in a reef aquarium is 8 to 17 dKH.

Directions
